Haiyan, Mr. Yu Hua’s hometown, really won’t let you down

Haiyan County, Jiaxing City, is 98 kilometers away from Hangzhou and 118 kilometers away from Shanghai. We first went to Shendang Brewing Co., Ltd., also known as Guanjiang Garden. There is a parking lot outside, and you can go in and visit after registering at the door. We were lucky today and a young lady took us on a tour. Guanjiangyuan brews soy sauce in summer and wine in winter. We visited various production links of wine making and saw the master workers sealing the wine vats. We entered the wine cellar below and saw some large vats and many small vats. The big vats contained white wine and the small vats contained rice wine. There is also wine customized and stored by Teacher Yu Hua. There are also many soy sauce vats drying in the factory. Inside are the soy sauce fermented grains brewed this summer. It still needs to be dried for a long time before it can be made into soy sauce. It can be said to be pure brewed soy sauce. We saw a vat of soy sauce fermented grains that has been drying for more than 900 days. Yesterday, I specially prepared my baby to learn how to choose good soy sauce. Before I left, I bought 2 bottles of white soy sauce to try when I got home... After the visit, we walked along the riverside path to the Victory Hotel. The restaurant was already full around 11:10, so we had to wait for a table. The waiter asked us to sit down when we saw the empty seats. There happened to be a table of customers who were almost done eating. After waiting for a while it was our turn. I ordered the store's signature dish, 1 portion of fried pork liver with pickled vegetables, 2 portions of original siomai, 4 pieces of rice-bundled pork, 1 portion of farm stir-fried chicken, and 1 portion of stir-fried winter bamboo shoots with pickled vegetables. None of them were outrageous, and they tasted great! The 3 big 3 were full of snacks...the children all loved eating rice-wrapped meat~ Then we went to Guanhai Park. There are two places closest to the sea around Hangzhou, one is the No. 1 convenience store in Haining, and the other is Guanhai Park in Haiyan. Since it is the mouth of the Qiantang River, the coastline is covered with mud and sandy beaches, so the sea in Haiyan is dirty and has no blue feel at all, only a desolate and lonely beauty. But when the sun shines on the sea water, it still feels like gold. Although it is not the beach as imagined, the vast and boundless scenery in front of you is something you cannot see in the city. If you are tired from staying in the city, you can drive here to relax. The weather is good, I really bring my own filter, I will come to watch the sunrise next time at Guanhai Garden
