The number of people coming to the executive floor is not particularly exaggerated, and there are always many empty seats. The staff in the executive lounge are all born after 2000. During the service, we chatted briefly and everyone was very enthusiastic and attentive. They helped with straws and prepared drinks at room temperature, etc. Overall it's very good. The hotel is large and it takes some time to walk around. The occupancy rate is high enough. Holidays are available. Even during peak hours, the staff are very organized.
