Ashigezaki tenbōdai Observatory

#japantrip A short climb up to the fortress and you are rewarded with 360° panoramic view of the vast sea. On a cloudy summer’s day, watching the waves crashing onto the rugged rocks with the sea breeze on your face is calming. After your visit you can enjoy nice soft serve ice cream at the cafe next to car park. Adorable little tower structure that provides a nice view of the area. Parking space, bus station, vending machines, and restroom provided. There's also a quaint cafe which serves much needed ice cream on a hot summer day.
