Day 61 Gyirong Town - Everest Base Camp: Paba Temple

Paba Temple is located in the central square of Gyirong Town. It looks like an ancient temple. After some research, I found out that it is a thousand-year-old temple. Legend has it that when Princess Bhrikuti of Nepal married Songtsen Gampo, she passed by here and left a statue of Sakyamuni Buddha, which led to the construction of this temple. The temple has obvious Nepalese characteristics, with eaves on each floor and flame-shaped ornaments made of brass on the eaves corners (see Figure 7). Does anyone know what Figure 8 is?
