It's located on the 2nd floor of Jaejudang, a cafe in the Natural Village cafe district. Even though we visited after lunchtime, there were still plenty of customers coming to sample the canelés. 🤎The canelés come in plain, earl grey, black sesame, apple cinnamon, and lemon flavors. 🤎As expected from a cafe specializing in canelés, these were definitely among the top 3 canelés I've had recently. They were crispy on the outside, slightly chewy, and moist on the inside. As you can see from the cross-section, the canelés filled with jam or cream were generously filled. The cream inside wasn't overly sweet, which I loved.
