The chicken ribs and special parts are chewy and tender, and there's a reason why it's a really good restaurant. They put out the basic side dishes like this neatly :) Spicy sauce, garlic sauce, radish salad, kimchi, shiitake wasabi, lettuce stems, white kimchi, seaweed, mahyo sauce, raw fish sauce, and perilla leaves are generously provided. I don't really like grilled chicken ribs, but it was so much tastier than I thought. They kindly explained how to eat it and grilled the seaweed, which was nice.
