#chinatravel Okay, if you’re anywhere near Guizhou, you have to check out Huangguoshu Waterfall. It’s one of the biggest in Asia and seriously impressive. You’ll hear it way before you see it, it’s loud in a “this thing is a beast” kind of way. The mist hits you even from far back, so yeah, bring a poncho or don’t, getting wet is half the fun. There’s a super cool walkway that goes behind the waterfall. It’s dark, damp, and echoey, and you feel like you’re in some kind of fantasy movie. The whole area has little trails, caves, and bridges, pretty easy walking and tons of spots for photos. Try to go early because it gets packed fast. Also, wear shoes you don’t mind getting soaked. Trust me. It’s not just a waterfall, it’s a full on experience. Wild, loud, and totally worth the trip. Bring snacks. And your sense of adventure.
