THE MANGO ISLAND CAFE: GUIMARAS TRADEMARK

It is known as Land of the most special quality and sweetest Mangoes in the country: the Guimaras Island Province located in Western Visayas. I can't find mangoes during out of season but a Mango Island Pizza will do. Interesting to mix mangoes with cheese and special sauces on a pizza bread. I find my best mango pizza at The Mango Island Cafe located in Jordan, Guimaras which is along the road. The building is container box inspired. Eating my pizza doubled with hot mango coffee makes the experience unique. What a perfect combination! Only in Guimaras this special menu. #celebratewithtrip#foodie#tripblazers#mytripvlog
