Curry King Prawns This is the only curry in Guangzhou that I never get tired of. Made with premium curry, it's very different from other Southeast Asian restaurants. The rich, creamy flavor is enhanced with fresh coconut milk, making the coconut aroma very strong. The large prawns are also very fresh and meaty. I could eat three bowls of rice with just this dish of curry prawns. Thai-style Pork Neck Widely considered the best pork neck in Guangzhou, it's incredibly flavorful, tender, and well-marinated. Paired with a special sauce that's both sour and spicy, it's very appetizing and goes well with rice. Three-flavor Sea Bass I love this sea bass dish. I didn't expect it to taste so good. The fresh, sweet, and sour flavor has no fishy taste at all. The fish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, providing a great texture. Plus, there aren't many bones, and it's so delicious that I even finished the sauce.
