Simaguang Former Residence (2).

The Simaguang Former Residence is located in the Simaguang Hotel in the middle of Zhengda Street, Guangshan County, Xinyang City, Henan Province. It is a Northern Song Dynasty official residence and the birthplace of Simaguang. The allusion of "Simaguang smashing the vat" happened here. The original building has been destroyed, and there are now cultural relics such as ancient cypresses from the Song Dynasty, Simaguang's well for washing and drawing water, and stone lions from the yamen. There are reliefs on both sides of the gate and the shadow wall that reflect Simaguang's growth process and achievements, which increase people's understanding of Simaguang. The Simaguang Former Residence has a Simaguang Memorial Hall, which is the "Xinyang City Intangible Cultural Exhibition Hall".
