Gongju has many shops that make use of the old townscape. When you see the decorations at this cafe, you'll think that Hanok and Christmas go so well together! The cozy interior seems to be frequented more by locals than tourists, but the spacious public parking lot in front suggests that there are also visitors from outside. I always order the Einspänner, which has just the right balance of sweetness and richness. The Financier is also great, with a crispy exterior and a moist interior. Although it's a bit away from the city center, it's a recommended cafe for relaxing.
