January 9, Basum Lake, Xincuo|||The weather was sunny, perfect for taking photos. It was a bit cold at Basum Lake in the morning. For those hiking at Xincuo, remember to wear sunscreen in winter. The sun is still strong, especially when you leave Xincuo in the afternoon, as you'll be facing the sun. A one-day tour from the city to Basum Lake and Xincuo is just right. We left at 8 am and returned at 8 pm, with time to rest in between. We took our time hiking and taking photos 📸
