Mount Fuji World Heritage Museum

It seems that it would be better to visit this museum before climbing the mountain, as it might enhance the experience. We visited it after descending, but it was still very impressive. The museum is divided into a north and south building, each with two floors. First, you enter the north building to watch a film, which offers Chinese dubbing, and learn that Mount Fuji, while appearing to be a single volcano, is actually formed by the successive eruptions and overlapping of several volcanoes. On the second floor of the south building, there is a corridor where you can see a large tent-like model of Mount Fuji that changes colors, which is particularly beautiful. You can also learn about the locations of the Fifth Station, Lake Kawaguchi, and other places. The museum also has a café and a souvenir shop, and the outdoor environment is very beautiful.
