In those cases, I recommend Hoto Kura Ayunari in Kawaguchiko! You can see Mt. Fuji beautifully from the parking lot and inside the restaurant. The restaurant was built in 2017 and has a clean and modern feel. When you enter the restaurant, there are autographs of famous people lined up.
