It has an open ceiling, giving it a sense of openness. Table seats on the second floor, box seats and tatami rooms on the first floor. The first floor rises higher as you go further in, allowing you to see Mt. Fuji. If the weather is good, the view of Mt. Fuji is excellent! You can choose to have your houtou with pork or chicken, and also with boiled abalone. There are lots of ingredients, including pumpkin, potato, carrot, Chinese cabbage, radish, burdock, maitake mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, and enoki mushrooms! They are very particular about their miso, and their golden miso is made with pumpkin and abalone liver paste and Kyoto dashi. It had a very gentle taste. The portion is quite large!
