[Tokyo/Fuchu] Hakkai Ramen

#MeAndMyTravels I visited for the first time, looking to try their specialty salt ramen. I ordered the green onion salt ramen for 790 yen. Apparently they use rock salt for the salt in their salt ramen. The gyoza dumplings, the skins of which are handmade, were also very tasty. It had been a while since I had seen yellow egg noodles. The soup was light yet very flavorful. The green onions were cut into thin strips along with the char siu pork, and the vinegar seasoning made for a delicious meal. Thank you for the meal.
