Pleasant Stay At The Resort

Spent a wonderful 7 nights at this resort in August. The service was delightful and the resort had a laid-back vibe. The weather was warm but not hot, with some wind typical for this season. Priya from housekeeping (the manager) and Rechad (the head of the minibar) were fantastic, resolving an issue of the minibar not being replenished so well that we lacked for nothing. My son enjoyed the croquet as well. As a family, I'd recommend a larger room than the twin we had, but unfortunately, the hotel was fully booked. The food was excellent, and the evening buffet remained interesting. The grounds were spotless and the gym well-equipped. Having visited Mauritius before, we skipped touring and just settled on the beach, which led to many family squabbles while kayaking. The beach itself was lovely for swimming and beach service was prompt, with a call button to summon a waiter. Special thanks to Nasser at the beach bar restaurant who was always cheerful and kind.
