My Son Sanctuary - Known as "Little Angkor"

My Son is known as "Little Angkor". In 1898, a French archaeologist discovered 71 brick pagodas. It was built between the 4th and 14th centuries. It is a series of abandoned and destroyed Hindu temple sites. They are built with red bricks and have gorgeous carvings. These temples worship the god Shiva. There were originally 71, but now only 20 remain. It is located 69 kilometers southeast of Da Nang. My Son is located near My Son Village in Quang Nam Province. After entering the scenic area, there will be local music and dance performances for about 30 minutes, experiencing the beauty of local cultural music and dance.
