Mang Kaloy's Local Goodies

Found in the busiest City of Negros Oriental, Dumaguete City, is Mang Kaloy food shop. Mang Kaloy is a local food store found along the streets of Escaño Beach. They may be in street food style, but they are serving the best fried rice in town. I didn't think fried rice could come in such a variety of flavors. They also have toppings to choose from. Aside from their famous fried rice, they are also known for their spices and sauces. A mixture of different spices including those Filipino favorites such as "Suka Sinamak". What's nice is that they come in really cool containers too.
