Named after Noelle Fuentes, the family brunch restaurant is inspired by traditions of comfort of brunch food its members grew up in. Noelle offers three-piece Belgian waffles served with bacon, butter and maple syrup. Brunch Bowls, among which is the Herb Butter Pork Chop made of thick cut pork chop, garlic and herb butter, are served with roasted potatoes or rice. These pair well with a Banana Smoothie. Noelle's Brunch Bar, located inside "the Henry", offers an exceptional dining experience with its accommodating and respectful staff. The restaurant's modern classy look, coupled with its masculine feel, sets the perfect ambiance for lovely intimate dinners or group gatherings. While the service is top-notch, there are some dishes that could be improved. The Korean braised pork belly could benefit from a more pronounced Korean flavor profile.
