After hiking Mount Qingcheng's back mountain 5 times, I suggest following this route to truly experience the serene beauty of Mount Qingcheng! ⚠️Hiking Route: Taian Ancient Town ➡️ Wulong Gully ➡️ Youyi Village ➡️ Wofo Cave ➡️ Baiyun Qundong ➡️ Wanfo Cave ➡️ Baiyun Temple ➡️ Nantian Gate ➡️ Cuiying Lake ➡️ Taian Ancient Town The above is the non-cable car version, pure hiking for no less than 5️⃣ hours. If you take photos and stroll, it's 6️⃣ hours. The sound of the clear springs along the way is super pleasant~ 🚠Cable Car: 1️⃣After climbing up from Wulong Gully to Youyi Village, you can take the Baiyun Cable Car up the mountain 2️⃣You can take the Jinli Cable Car down the mountain from Cuiying Lake 🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲🌲 ⛰️Highly recommended scenic spots! 1️⃣Trust me, you must start from Wulong Gully. Wulong Gully has the most beautiful section of mountain springs in Mount Qingcheng, with waterfalls and springs of all sizes, the most beautiful waterfall group and the most representative springs in the back mountain of Mount Qingcheng. ❓How to get to Wulong Gully? There is a shuttle point at the Taian Ancient Town trailhead, 10 yuan will take you to the Wulong Gully trailhead, or you can follow the road to the Wulong Gully trailhead, the distance is 1.2 kilometers, not too far. 2️⃣Wofo Cave This is a semi-suspended cave with a reclining Buddha inside. The stone walls of the cave occasionally have trickling water, making it feel like it will soon become a 'Water Curtain Cave'. From here, you can also gaze at the distant mountains, nature is truly amazing! 3️⃣Wanfo Cave I highly recommend stopping at Wanfo Cave, where there are many Buddha statues carved into the rock walls, very majestic and spectacular! 4️⃣Cuiying Lake This is a lake that you must pass when descending the mountain, with clear green waters. For 3 yuan, you can take a rowboat to the other side. Once you reach this point, you'll know you're not far from the foot of the mountain. Mount Qingcheng Back Mountain Ticket🎫: 20 yuan 🍉There are always people selling food and water along the way in Mount Qingcheng, with reasonable prices, so you don't need to carry too much with you up the mountain. 🚗Transportation Guide: Chengdu Xipu🚄Qingcheng Mountain Station, 30 minutes away. ❗️❗️Be sure to buy round-trip high-speed train tickets in advance, and for the return trip to Chengdu, try to get tickets after 5 pm, I'm afraid you won't be able to catch the train if you buy them too early 🚗From Qingcheng Mountain Station, you can either take a taxi to the back mountain scenic area entrance or take a direct shuttle bus for 30 yuan round trip to the scenic area entrance. (There are signs when you exit the high-speed train station, the direct shuttle bus is on the right) The drive from the station to the scenic area takes 30 minutes.
