First, go to the visitor center to buy tickets, then drive to the ticket checkpoint. Don't park your car at the visitor center, because it's far from the entrance of the scenic area, and there's no need to take the sightseeing bus for this part of the road as there isn't much scenery (if you don't have a car, it's recommended to take the sightseeing bus). Drive along Wulong Bridge all the way to the Wulonggou mountain entrance parking lot and park your car there (20 yuan/time, no time limit) The best scenery of Qingcheng Mountain is between Wulonggou and Youyicun, with a total distance of 5.2km. It takes about 2.5 hours on foot, with several waterfalls and plank roads along the way. The Three Waterfalls Mist Spring is the best spot for photos, and the moss-covered plank roads are also very picturesque. It's recommended to wear light-colored clothes for photos, and not to wear sandals or slippers, as there are many stone paths with standing water, which can be dangerous. Walk to Youyicun and navigate to the Jinli cableway, and after about ten more minutes of walking, you can reach the cableway's upper station. The cableway ticket is 30 yuan/person.
