According to the existing literature, the Zhili Dingzhou Yamen at that time was very systematic and standardized, from public welcoming ceremonies, opening ceremonies, and plastic incense, to governance, case trials, discussions, elections, and circulation of duties. The south of the Yamen is the watchtower, the lower part is the gate, the entrance is the ceremonial gate, the left and right corner gates, the west is the prison, the east is the Tongzhi government office, the side officials, households, and rituals, etc. There are 15 rooms, and there are 15 rooms on the west side of the soldiers, punishments, and workers. In the middle is the corridor, the stone pavilion on the road, and the north is the terrace. After the warm pavilion in the hall, there are three corridors in the hall, the east is the warehouse, the west is the official government office, the entrance is the gate, and the back hall is three corridors (Yuhu Hall), the east is the living room (Baihu Hall), and the west is the garden (Zhongshan Houpu), and the back is Jusheng Building. After the founding of the People's Republic of China, the old Yamen was once the seat of the people's government. Now, the Magpie Bridge in Zhongshan Houpu has become a good place for young men and women to meet and make friends, and the streets are crowded with people. It was demolished in 1972 and turned into a school. It was rebuilt according to the state annals ten years ago.
