Spring at Meili Snow Mountain sees the ice and snow gradually melting, life beginning to emerge, and the sky clear—making it a great season to bring kids for mountain viewing and blessings. This trip was extremely lucky with clear skies and no clouds, allowing us not only to enjoy the magnificent sunrise on the golden mountain but also to visit multiple viewing platforms and experience the unique beauty of the snow mountain intertwined with spring. Details of each viewing platform and check-in spot are as follows: 🚗 Feilai Temple No. 3 Viewing Platform: The road is closed, so you need to walk. The grass along the way is starting to turn green in spring, and you can occasionally see blooming wildflowers. Hiking with kids allows you to enjoy the scenery and get some exercise, keeping the children excited. 🚗 Kawagebo Viewing Platform: A must-visit spot. The spring snow mountain looks even more sacred and magnificent against the blue sky, white clouds, and fresh greenery, perfect for photos. The coffee shop next to the platform remains popular; purchasing any drink (28-40 RMB) grants you free use of the in-store photo props. The owner is patient and professional, happily helping take photos, making it easy to capture stunning family snow mountain shots (Photos 1-2/9). 🚗 Wunongding: The spring scenery at Wunongding is pleasant, with snow mountains, grasslands, and fresh green plants forming a beautiful picture, perfect for photos. The "One Tree" check-in spot (Photos 10-11) is becoming lush with spring; Tibetan chairs are available for free seating and photos—remember to ask first. The Wunongding viewing platform (Photos 6-8) offers a wide view, capturing the magnificent panorama of Meili Snow Mountain. Bring your kids here to gaze into the distance and feel the wonder of nature. 🚗 Intersection of National Highway 214 and Township Road 016: An excellent spot for photographing Goddess Peak (Photo 5). In spring, Goddess Peak looks more vivid under thin clouds, but parking is still inconvenient, so park cautiously on the roadside and be careful when taking photos with children. ▶ Accommodation: The "High Mountain Villa" hotel offers an excellent experience with a unique location. You can enjoy the snow mountain view lying in bed (Photo 16). The balcony is the best place to watch the sunrise on the golden mountain. Waiting with your kids on the balcony for the sunrise and witnessing the golden sunlight spreading over the snow mountain is a profoundly meaningful moment (Photo 13 was taken in the hotel courtyard). Photos 3-4 show beautiful views inside the hotel. 🚫 Food Warning: The "Ecological Yak King" restaurant at Feilai Temple was a poor experience, with small portions, bad taste, and rude service.
