Finally checked Detian Waterfall (德天瀑布) off my bucket list! This stunning natural wonder, straddling the China-Vietnam border, has been on my radar for years — and it was every bit as breathtaking as I imagined. I booked a day tour from Nanning, which made the journey smooth and fuss-free. The drive was long but scenic as it passed through Chingzuo, and when the falls came into view, it was pure magic — cascading water, mist rising in the air, and that powerful roar echoing through the valley. Even with the crowds, it felt surreal to stand at the edge of such a majestic place.
