I'm at the border of Dandong, stepping into a scene from a movie

I'm at the border of Dandong, stepping into a scene from a movie. Guomenwan in the Dandong New District is far from the downtown area and seldom visited by tourists. Following the Yalu River southward, the river becomes increasingly wide, calm, and profound, at times feeling very much like the sea. On the opposite bank stands a solitary tree, which seems to be one, but upon closer inspection, it appears to be two. Regardless of the number, it stands there on the tranquil riverside, occasionally swaying, often motionless, very much like a movie I saw many years ago but whose name I have forgotten.
