European-style Modern Architecture... Kwantung Leased Territory.

The Kwantung Museum Site is located on Lenin Street in Lushunkou District, Dalian. It was built under Japanese military rule and is a significant place that evokes the modern era just by its exterior. The surrounding garden is beautifully maintained, but when I visited, it was covered in snow, giving it a different feel. It is known to have been built in 1915 and is now designated as a National Key Cultural Relic of China, making it historically important. Built in the Renaissance style, this building is grand like the house of a traditional European family, making you feel like you are traveling in Europe while in China.
