A new and alternative way to dive in Cebu, Philippines! An amazing diving destination: Dalaguete, Cebu. Dalaguete is a small town located in the south-central part of Cebu Island, about 2.5 hours' drive from Cebu City, and across the sea from the popular tourist destination of Bohol Island in the Philippines. Dalaguete Dive Resort is right by the sea, where you can enjoy the sunrise over the sea, the pink sea at sunset, and the starry sky banquet. The bay in front of the dive shop is home to sea turtles, which rest and dine here every day, hence the name Turtle Bay. From the dive shop, you can see a large area of underwater grassland, with green seagrass gently swaying with the current. There are various underwater creatures in the grass, such as sea dragons, sea hares, various fish, and large sea turtles enjoying their meals. Further ahead of the grassland is a large sandy slope, where underwater creatures such as eels, sea moths, spotted rays, and flatfish, which live in the sand, are hidden. On the left and right sides are coral cliffs with different styles, where you can see various anemone crabs, sea fans and sponges as large as 3–4 meters, and layers of coral reefs covered with colorful soft corals.
