The thick flower stalks half a palm's size are so good

I wanted to eat chicken pot on a whim, so I went to a friend who introduced me to Ba Mei Chicken Pot located at Tai Wo Station. Since we can't eat too much spicy food, we ordered the flower jelly chicken pot (half a chicken costs $208). The chicken pot is very fragrant with many ingredients such as celery coriander and similar star anise. I won't feel thirsty after eating. The chicken was very tender, with two chicken wings, much more chicken than meat, very tasty. What surprised me the most was the flower stalks. There are four pieces of flower jelly in the pot, each piece is at least half the size of a hand. It's very thick, and the sauce from the chicken pot is really delicious. After eating the chicken pot, we started having hot pot. We ordered Grade A Angus Fat Beef (Small) for $158. I think this fatty beef is as good as Japanese wagyu beef. Very heavy oil flavor, but not very leaky, very smooth to eat! After eating so much meat, we ordered a eight-girl platter to neutralize it. The platter has tomatoes, pumpkin, seafood mushrooms, bb asparagus, corn, Thai peas, and since there is no emperor cabbage so there is baby cabbage. 78 dollars is just right for two people.
