As the title says, this is a hidden sushi restaurant where reservations are a must 🍣 Sushi Sensui, located about a 5-minute walk from Hamamatsu Station, only offers one course. The seafood and sushi are carefully seasoned, and even after eating it, your cheeks will fall to the ground. I can't believe I ate sushi without soy sauce! It's almost my first time. The size of the sushi is also great! It's half-bite-sized, so you can eat as much as you want! The tamagoyaki egg at the end is fluffy and like castella, and you can eat it just like a dessert. And the best thing is that they have champagne available! The sushi you eat with a fizz is the best, the strongest. (Of course, there was plenty of sake and shochu from the local Shizuoka area.) There are only 8 counter seats and private rooms, so be careful because you will be turned away without a reservation!
