Watching the beautiful fireworks while traveling alone in Japan

Day 3 of my solo trip to Japan. I quietly spent two hours strolling around Jindai Botanical Gardens. Then, I spent another hour soaking in the spiritual energy at Jindaiji Temple. I had originally planned to try my luck at Mt. Takao this morning, but I had a nosebleed and overslept. 😂 There were no harbs in Chofu, so I had to have afternoon tea. I was craving a fruit mille-feuille. 🍰 😋 Although the Chofu fireworks were huge and spectacular, the crowds made it hard to squeeze into the venue, so it wasn't as atmospheric. But it was still worth it. Although I was always alone, with no one to share my joy, during festivals like these, I get to see families, couples, classmates, and friends all happy together. I'm also moved by their happiness. 🎆🩷💙🩵🤍❤️🇯🇵
