Walking in the jungle!

If you have ever wanted to get really close to nature then try a jungle walk in the Chitwan National Park! The excursion costs around 200rmb depending on where you book it from and there are tours everyday. You can book the tour at the many hotels in the area or tourist centres. The tours are usually in the jungle buffer zone and two guides accompany you to keep you safe. The best time to go is at either sunrise or sunset when the animals are a little bit more active. The ambiance of the park is very peaceful as you can hear lots of birds, monkeys and other animals acting like you are not there. On average, it takes around 1-2 hours but you can tell your guide how long you want to stay in there for. My top tip would be to wear long sleeves and bring some insect repellent
