Visual feast | Wat Rong Khun, Chiang Rai

Wat Rong Khun is more of a modern artwork than a temple. It reflects the combination of modern art and Buddhist beliefs, and is the result of the artist's personal beliefs and aesthetic pursuits. This masterpiece was created by the famous Thai artist Chalermchai. The temple is pure white and inlaid with countless shining glass shards. It is breathtakingly beautiful in the sunlight! Every brick and tile reveals the artist's devotion to Buddha and pursuit of art. Wat Rong Khun in Chiang Rai is an incredible architectural wonder. I have visited it three times since I came to Chiang Mai this year, and I was amazed every time.
