#CherryBlossom2024 Spring has arrived at The Spring, a Cheongju restaurant, with cherry blossoms and forsythia in full bloom in the fountain garden and colorful flowers in the fountain. To celebrate spring, The Spring has launched a new brunch course. Starting with a toasted brioche bun, they serve jam, butter, and yogurt with seasonal fruit. Every time I visit, The Spring's butter is so delicious that I find myself spreading it all over the bread. The next course is served on a three-tiered tray, reminiscent of an afternoon tea set. It's both visually stunning and delicious, and I devoured it all in one sitting. And finally, the dessert they prepared for us made for a truly fulfilling brunch.☺️ Compared to our previous courses, the brunch course might seem a bit shorter, but it's packed with flavor and is incredibly filling. If you make a reservation in advance for special occasions like anniversaries, they'll even prepare a homemade cake for you, so I highly recommend The Spring for a spring date! ☺️ The cherry blossoms in Cheongju are starting to fall, and it's a shame to leave this spring behind.
