Finally on vacation!｜Can't wait to have hotpot in Chengdu Ever since my last trip to Chengdu, the thing I miss the most is Li Xue Hotpot 🍲 It's located in the Kuanzhai Alley scenic area. Initially, I was worried that the hotpot in a touristy area wouldn't be good, but it turned out to be surprisingly delicious. 🍲The average cost is only 100+ per person, and you can even watch Sichuan Opera face-changing for free. Li Xue Hotpot has four floors in total. It was quite an experience dining in a hotpot restaurant that feels like a hotel. It's definitely a place to impress with various private rooms and a rooftop garden. The high-quality dining environment makes it a must-visit. They also have freshly sliced beef, snowflake beef, and tripe slaughtered daily. It's incredibly fresh...and tastes heavenly when cooked in the spicy hotpot. The snowflake beef has distinct marbling and is incredibly satisfying. It was a truly joyful experience of indulging in delicious meat. Plus, they're open during the Lunar New Year holiday with performances throughout the day, including face-changing, tea art, and dancing. It's a feast for both the taste buds and the eyes.
