Very satisfied with my stay at InterContinental Beijing Beichen. I even got to see the Christmas lighting ceremony and met the general manager, Mr. Yang Anrui. I was very happy. Ms. Zhou, who cleaned our room every day, was also very considerate and gave us a hand-drawn card. Since we booked a room with a small balcony, the air conditioning temperature was not high enough at night. The hotel said there would be drafts and thoughtfully sent us a heater. The overall experience was great. I even received a customized bookmark for the hotel's 10th anniversary when I left. I will definitely come back next time.
