Morning in Cappadocia doesn't start with coffee.

Unfortunately, hot air balloons only fly at sunrise. ☕️ A light breakfast (coffee and muffins) accompanied by the pilot's briefing. 🌅 The flight is pure magic, as dozens of hot air balloons rise into the sky simultaneously with the sun over the valleys of Cappadocia. By the way, it's not the pilot who steers the balloon, but the wind. The pilot only controls the altitude using a massive gas burner. 💥 Landing can be smooth or come with "adventures": for instance, we landed in a garden, much to the concern of the owner who was worried about his potatoes. But it's all safe—just make sure to hold onto the ropes in the basket tightly. 🪪 A certificate of aeronautics is awarded along with a glass of sparkling wine. Champagne at 7 AM? Why not? It's a fantastic way to start the day for a brave sky conqueror! 💡 Tip: If you're planning a flight during peak season (spring to autumn), it's best to book in advance; otherwise, you might end up watching the balloons from the ground. ✨ Who dreams of flying in a hot air balloon?
