A spacious, yet stylish restaurant in Canggu — perfect for group dining! Penny Lane Bali serves up various sharing plates, loaded fries, big burgers, and unique cocktails that’ll rock your palate. Want some healthier alternatives? Their smoothie bowls are bomb too! The place is huge, with mostly communal tables inside. You’ll also find a lot of beautiful art pieces and Instagrammable spots around the restaurant. The health protocol here is pretty strict as well; the staffs wear masks all the time and you’ll have your body temperature checked and your hand washed upon entering so everyone will feel safe inside. The BEST coffee shop in Seminyak (if not Bali): Revolver Espresso! They have been my favorite since they first opened in 2013. Everything about this place is just perfect — great coffee, amazing food, good music, warm and friendly staffs. My go-to menu is ‘Underbelly’ — this brunch plate consists of eggs, hash browns, chicken sausages, bacon strips, and caramelised mushrooms. The portion is huge with a very reasonable price. They also have a brunch promotion that starts at 10 AM. The atmosphere here is simply unbeatable! They have a beautifully designed interior and the place itself is quite spacious, I could came here everyday and never get bored. It’s never too early (nor too late) for ramen, don’t you agree? Located in Petitenget Street, Mad Ronin is a small ramen eatery with a rather intriguing vibe. Opens from 11 AM to 1 AM daily, it’s a perfect place to satisfy your midnight ramen craving. If you’re into spicy food, try the Tonkotsu Hell Bowl Ramen — a delicious combintation of rich broth, thick pork slices, creamy soft boiled egg, fresh wood ear mushroom and spring onion. Might not be super spicy, but it’s really tasty! One of the most popular brunch spots in Batu Bolong area! This Australian-style hipster café is kinda hard to miss since it’s always crammed with people. My advice, don’t be put off by the queue as it moves quickly — and it’ll be worth the wait! They serve great coffee and scrumptious all-day breakfast, with plenty of healthy vegan options. The portion is huge and it’s also pocket-friendly compared to other cafés in the area; just make sure to bring enough cash with you since they only accept cash payments. Alongside the café is a concept store and a gallery. With its rustic industrial interior resembling a warehouse, this place is built for the Gram. 🍩 Where the donuts grow? * Shangri-la Pudong hotel's 怡咖啡海鲜自助餐厅 buffet is a good choice if you r travelling with a big company and all of u don't share same taste when talking about food. They have cuisine from all over the world, including Indiand, Turkush and Japanese food, a huge variety of seafood, which is quite fresh, and also a nice variety for those, who own sweet teeth only. * The section with deserts look so amazing, that it is hard the take ones eyes from it. 🍰❤️☕ * During big holidays the place also has DIY food just in the middle of the restaurant, so you can try to do your own Moon cakes during the Moon cake festival, or craft your own dumplings during Chinese New Year. 🍙🥮🥟🍡 . The restaurant is not big (according to Chinese standards), not quite cheap (around 350 per person), but always crowded cuz the food quality worth it. ALSO there is a huge kids room with slides, bubbles and all possible things for kids to play. The location is nice, it is two steps away from the North Bund and The Pearl tower. Hotel Maso Col is a Hotel, with a cafè and a great restaurant not open only to the hotel clientele but also with space reserved for anyone who enjoys a great gastronomic experience. Surrounded by wide meadows and luxuriant woods, at the foot of the imposing Pale di San Martino on the southern side of the Dolomites, is "Maso Col". The current family that owns it started in 1921 with a glass of freshly milked milk or a little fresh water to refresh the first "travelers" on their Dolomites. In 1961 their malga cheeses, “el bòtiro”, cream with small fruits, grilled meats, polenta, “Tosela”, mushrooms and homemade desserts such as strudel were discovered; summer at "Caffè Col" became a rendezvous in the sun in the green, in winter a sled race. In 2006 they fulfilled the dream of a lifetime and added eight new comfortable rooms, warm and enveloping wooden environments, a particular attention to typical cuisine, directly cured and strong of a long experience and peasant tradition. Their kitchen offers traditional Trentino and Primierotta dishes, with particular attention to genuine and homemade products with love and passion.
