Hotel Maso Col is a

Hotel Maso Col is a Hotel, with a cafè and a great restaurant not open only to the hotel clientele but also with space reserved for anyone who enjoys a great gastronomic experience. Surrounded by wide meadows and luxuriant woods, at the foot of the imposing Pale di San Martino on the southern side of the Dolomites, is "Maso Col". The current family that owns it started in 1921 with a glass of freshly milked milk or a little fresh water to refresh the first "travelers" on their Dolomites. In 1961 their malga cheeses, “el bòtiro”, cream with small fruits, grilled meats, polenta, “Tosela”, mushrooms and homemade desserts such as strudel were discovered; summer at "Caffè Col" became a rendezvous in the sun in the green, in winter a sled race. In 2006 they fulfilled the dream of a lifetime and added eight new comfortable rooms, warm and enveloping wooden environments, a particular attention to typical cuisine, directly cured and strong of a long experience and peasant tradition. Their kitchen offers traditional Trentino and Primierotta dishes, with particular attention to genuine and homemade products with love and passion. Truly a pleasure each time #tripaway #deliciousfood #unforgettableexperiences #travelinspiration #urbanexplorer #alps #tripaway #dolomites #mountain #awesomepic #foodieheaven #tripfoodie

Dolomites

A classic winter tourist destination, in summer San Martino di Castrozza is also a beloved destination among mountaineers and hikers who travel the trails of the Paneveggio - Pale di San Martino Nature Park. Splendid position at the feet of the Pala Group. The ideal destination for excursions on the Dolomites. #triplocal #instagramworthydestinations #alps #dolomites #unforgettableexperiences #deliciousfood #travelinspiration #urbanexplorer #triplocal

I've been to Yangshuo several times before but I'd never climbed the TV tower hill until now. It was really worth it! I didn't know exactly where the trail started but I had a good idea of where it should be (you can see the trail snaking up the mountain from the town.) I headed in that direction and found myself in a maze of alleys behind the market. I wasn't sure I'd be able to find my way through these narrow streets and then saw 上山--> painted on a wall. Perfect! I followed a few more of these ad hoc signs and soon found myself at the bottom of stone steps leading out of the village and up the slope. It's a typical Chinese trail: steep and all stairs. It's not a long climb though. At the top there's a compound with the TV towers in it; the old man who lives there will take 5 kuai (WeChat accepted) to come inside and admire the view. I think he also sells drinks. I asked him if he climbs up there every day and he laughed and said no he stays in the house there. What a view to wake up to every morning! You can see how the town of Yangshuo stretches out like the arms of an octopus in between the karst hills, radiating away from the area around 西街 West Street. Definitely recommended if you've got an hour or two to spend and want the best overhead view of Yangshuo. If it's too much climbing for you, go to the hill in People's Park, which is t#awesomepic pped by a small pagoda and overlooks the town centre.

Lago di Braies

Lago di Braies, (aka Pragser Wildsee in German and Lake Braies in English) is part of the Fanes-Sennes-Braies nature park, in a side valley next to the Val Pusteria. At an altitude of 1,496 m (4,908 ft), the 77-acre lake makes for a wonderful half-day trip while traveling through the Prags Dolomites. On the West side of the lake, there is a small chapel that was built in 1904. The location has a curious bit of history related to World War II, as has the hotel. It’s truly a beautiful lake, but has gained a lot of fame through Instagram and during the summer it can be filled with tourists. Choose wisely when to go (it is beautiful also in winter when frozen) and reserve online the parking of you are going by car or motorbike. #unforgettableexperiences #awesomepic #instagramworthydestinations #scenicspotguide #travelinspiration #urbanexplorer #summervacationtravel #springholiday #wintergetaway #tripaway
