In addition, the hotel also offered convenient room service, allowing me to enjoy delicious food even during my busy schedule. The hotel's Stay Fit gym was a pleasant surprise during my stay. The gym was well-equipped, with everything from advanced treadmills to free weights. I worked out there several times in the morning, and each time I felt refreshed after exercising. During my entire stay, I deeply felt the importance that Hyatt Regency Boston/Cambridge placed on service quality. Whether it was the cleanliness of the room or the professionalism of the staff, it reflected the hotel's care for its guests.
