Baekseotan Art Village: A Cultural and Artistic Hub

Baekseotan Cultural Village is a newly popular cultural attraction in Busan. The village is located by the sea and was originally a refugee camp built on the cliffs after the Korean War. In recent years, it has been transformed into a popular tourist destination through cultural and artistic renovations. The village is full of winding paths, simple and interesting murals, and seaside houses that have been turned into cafes and art shops, creating their own economic value. The structure of Baekseotan is not complicated. There are two routes: one is a pedestrian path along the coast, where you can see Songdo and Namhang Bridge, which connects Yeongdo and Songdo. On a sunny day, it must be a beautiful coastal view. The other route is a winding path in front of the houses on the mountainside, where most of the cafes and art shops are located. If it weren't for the weather, we would have stayed here for a long time. Every art shop is full of creative and interesting handicrafts and cultural products. Every cafe is worth visiting to enjoy a cup of coffee and the stunning sea view. Unfortunately, the cold sea breeze kept blowing, and we had to leave with regret.
