How to spend 2 days in Bukit Mertajam

One stay in Bukit Mertajam and another day in George Town. Visited old temple-Pek Kong Cheng which is a historical temple for local community. It located Center of the town. There will be some show on certain festival across the year. Kek Lok Si Temple is located at Air Iran, it’s in the hill side which we can overlooking the city view. We went there I the afternoon around 4.30pm so not so much tourist left and could take pics without being interrupted. This temple closed to public at 5.30pm. Ayer Itam Dam is the first dam to be built on Penang Island. it is located 700 feet’s above sea level and about 8 minutes drive from Kek Lok Si, a lot of joggers, cyclists and hikers heading towards the dam I the evening. The dam is quite scenic Md peaceful.
