Lago di Braies is a popular lake in the Dolomites. Just after 9 o'clock in the morning, the lakeside was already crowded with people. According to local legend, Lake Braiese takes its name from the Kingdom of Fanes, an ancient kingdom in Radin mythology that has existed in the Dolomites Valley since ancient times.
