If you visit in the winter, you'll see snow piled as high as your head, and on clear days, the town boasts truly beautiful scenery. I was lucky enough to visit on a clear day, and the cool, beautiful scenery was breathtaking. ☺️. Biei is also home to Junpei, a famous restaurant famous for its giant shrimp tempura. 🍺. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy a quiet, secluded town. ☺️. 🚞How to get to Biei from Sapporo Station From Sapporo Station, take the Lilac/Kamuri train to Asahikawa Station.
