Sunset in Pasir Putih Resort, Pantai Panjang

Bengkulu is a small city on the west coast of Sumatra. A small city with a population of around 300.000 people. This city was colonized by the British, named British Bencoolen. British Bencoolen was a possession of the (EIC) extending about 300 miles along the southwestern coast of Sumatra and centered on the area of what is now Bengkulu City. In this historical city you can visit a British Fort named Fort Marlborough, it is the biggest British Fort in South East Asia. Also you can visit the Thomas Parr monument and British Cemetery. This city has a long and straight beach called Pantai Panjang (long beach). The sunset view from this beach is amazing. Many people go there for jogging in the evening.
