Memories of India Past

We've been to India numerous times. The experience impacts one every time - Taj Mahal, Rishikesh Yoga, Goa beaches. The old currency notes, though obsolete still hold value for the collector and for the memories. Rupees from 1 to 500 - even the old 1000 Rupees (replaced in 2016) - we rode the trains from Amritsar to Shimla to Jaipur and Jaisalmer - 2nd class sleeper as I recall for about 100 Rupees in the old days.
