Fangshan Jin Dynasty Architecture | Qingyuan Hall

🔵Year of construction: Built in the Jin Dynasty, it was already in ruins by the Zhengde period of the Ming Dynasty. 🔵Deity worshipped in the temple: Qingyuan Miaodao Zhenjun Zhao Yu. 🔵Inscription on the beam: The inscription reads "Shuntian Prefecture XXX Fangshan County Yangtougang Village Temple... All good people X rebuilt the shrine of the two saints." 🔵There is a turtle stele base in the southwest of the terrace, and a Qingyuan Temple stele lying flat behind the mountain gate in the courtyard. The stele head is inscribed with "Qingyuan Temple Stele" in seal script, but the text has been weathered. 🔵There are colored paintings on the gable walls of the hall, as well as in the mountain gate hall and the rear hall. The paintings are relatively clear, and the figures are depicted in detail. 🔵Existing buildings: Mountain gate and rear hall, with a terrace in front of the hall. 🔵Level: Fangshan District census registered cultural relics. 📍Location: Yangtougang Village, Chengguan Town, Fangshan District.
