The ginkgo trees in this lesser-known park in Beijing are stunning.

Forget about the crowds at Zhongshan Park and Ditan Park, and come to this park in Beijing for a city walk and to enjoy the autumn scenery. There are fewer people here. The park is not very big, but it has ginkgo trees, maple trees, plane trees, and even a reed marsh and a fountain. The leaves are still on the trees, and when the wind blows, a shower of golden ginkgo leaves falls, creating a truly beautiful scene. Basic route: Sihde Park East Gate → Pass by a long row of ash trees → Turn right → Ginkgo Forest No. 1 → Pass by the fountain and reed marsh → Ginkgo Forest No. 2 → Children's Playground → Ginkgo Forest No. 3. There are at least three ginkgo spots worth visiting, each with its own unique features. No. 1 has dense and low ginkgo trees, perfect for sitting and taking photos. No. 2 has a sloped path with more colorful layers. No. 3 has taller trees, giving a sense of walking through a forest. The rest of the park is also beautiful and clean, making it a great place for photos. There are many pavilions and benches, as well as a dedicated fitness track. You can also sit on the ginkgo leaves on a small hill. It's a great place to stroll and soak up the sun!
