Recently, I went to Olympic Forest Park, and after a day of fun, I stumbled upon an amazing copper pot hotpot experience. It was pure bliss! 🥰 The weather was cool that day, perfect for hotpot. Near the Ethnic Culture Park, a local friend led me to a super authentic Mongolian-style hotpot restaurant. The elegant and cozy environment was very comfortable, and the private rooms were unique. The service was excellent 🥳, perfect for gatherings and banquets. 👏 Most of the ingredients are sourced from Xing'an League in Inner Mongolia, focusing on organic products. 💕 The organic lamb from the Xing'an League grasslands is of high quality, with no gamey taste. 💕 The organic whole lamb rolls are perfectly balanced in fat and lean, and they don't fall apart in the pot. 💕 The fresh-cut meat is a must-try, like the fresh-cut lamb brain, which is tender and juicy after 15 seconds in the pot, and the fresh-cut hind leg meat stays tender even after long cooking. 💕 The Bohai Bay white shrimp is big and bouncy. 💕 The homemade tofu is fresh and delicious, with a strong aroma of soy products! 💕 The organic sauerkraut from Xing'an League is also great, it cuts through the grease and contains no nitrite. 😍 The restaurant also has an agricultural product exhibition hall, where you can order pollution-free agricultural and sideline products from Inner Mongolia through a mini program, so convenient! This trip was perfect, with beautiful scenery and delicious food! 🎉
