I went to the suburbs of Beijing with my friends to enjoy the fall scenery over the weekend. When I arrived at Baili Landscape Gallery, I was amazed by the beautiful fall scenery. The trees on the mountains were painted with colors by nature, layer by layer, and they were so beautiful! This is Baili Landscape Gallery in Yanqing, and the fall scenery was taken on October 16. As for transportation, I recommend driving. It takes about 2 hours from the city center, and you can enjoy all kinds of fall scenery along the way. You can also stop at any time to enjoy the scenery you like. Here is a one-day fall foliage viewing route: Dishuihu, Xiannai Mountain Village Entrance, Yongxinbao Village. Let's start with Dishuihu, the ticket is CNY 25 per person. There are golden trees, just like nature has spilled a bucket of golden paint. There are also Huizhou buildings like those in the water towns of Jiangnan, with white walls and black tiles, which are very charming. The blue-green lake is like a mirror, reflecting the red maple leaves on the shore. The scenery is amazing, and it is worthy of being called the "Little Jiuzhai" in the suburbs of Beijing. It really gave me a lot of surprises! The scenic area is not big, you can climb the mountain, and it takes about 1 hour to walk around. Xiannai Mountain is free, and it is a great place to enjoy the fall scenery, and you can also camp and barbecue here. You can drive directly to the river, and watch the river flow slowly, with golden trees beside it. It feels like you are in Kanas, Xinjiang. There are very few people here, and it is a quiet and niche place for fall foliage viewing and camping. Yongxinbao Village is also free, and there is a hundred-acre two-color maple forest here, with red and yellow intertwined, like a colorful painting. You can drive directly into the forest, and you can also camp here. The leaves of the yellow maple forest have turned yellow and started to fall, while the red maple forest has just started to turn red, which is very beautiful. The location is "Yongxinbao Village" on the navigation, and you can see it on the side of the road. Speaking of local food, Yanqing has Huoshao, which is crispy on the outside and filled with meat, and it is very delicious. There is also Yongning tofu, which is tender and smooth, with a strong bean flavor. When you are playing, you should pay attention to protecting the environment when camping in Xiannai Mountain and Yongxinbao Village, and take your garbage away. When climbing the mountain in Dishuihu, wear comfortable shoes, because some mountain roads are not easy to walk. If you want to play by the river, pay attention to safety and don't get too close to the water.
